He was so kind and honest, and we soon found out the job wasn’t small at all — the chimney was falling apart, gulley cracked, tiles missing and more. It was a shock, but he offered a really reasonable price, explained everything, sent photos, and was patient, caring and professional. His work was neat, fast and above and beyond — if all tradesmen were like him, Britain would be better for it.
